Mezzanine floors are a very
cost effective way of improving the use of cubic space of your premises.
The service that we offer enables companies to expand or to contract their operations
to run from existing facilities, giving a very rapid payback on investment. The
alternative can often involve a company moving to larger premises, incurring huge
costs in terms of disruption and legal, survey and agent fees; not to mention the
potential cost of personal guarantees even years after you have moved on. With
proper planning, a mezzanine floor can offer high quality office, manufacturing
or storage space.
Storage Solutions preferred construction is to have an inset deck construction
with deck beams attached directly to the web of the main beams. This offers
superior rigidity and stability, as well as reducing the unnerving bounce experienced
on lesser products.
